I would definitely recommend Tamera. She is very professional and knowledgeable and is wonderful at reading the body to know what you need. I have been going to Tamera for several years and when I leave my body not only feels renewed but my spirit and soul are refreshed also. After recently being involved in a motor vehicle accident I could barely turn my head, After a few sessions my neck is now much better and I have full range of motion. She also has been able to reduce my shoulder and back pain tremendously. She can melt away tension points and reduce stress remarkably.
